OCEANIC SWIM PRO

Oceanic Pro Swim is an 8-week training program. The first 3-week training block is designed to prepare you for a 2K open water swim. The next 5-week training block is designed to prepare you for a 5K open water water.

This program is ideal for intermediate to advanced swimmers who are training for 2k and 5k swim races. It's also beneficial for athletes looking to improve their overall swimming performance and strength.

The Oceanic Swim Pro Program integrates 3-4 swimming sessions per week with one advanced gym session to enhance performance for 2k and 5k swim races.

Each week, swimmers engage in a mix of technique, speed, and endurance-focused swims, along with a swim-specific warm-up and cool-down for each session. The single weekly gym session targets full-body strength, power, and core stability, designed to complement the swim workouts and build overall fitness. This balanced approach ensures progressive improvement in strength, aerobic capacity, and race readiness, culminating in a taper phase to optimize performance on race day.
