The duration is structured to ensure progressive development, starting with foundational techniques and endurance, advancing to increased intensity and complexity, and culminating in peak performance preparation. This period allows for significant physiological and technical improvements, ensuring athletes are well-prepared for competitive scenarios.

Slalom Surge features 6-9 weekly training sessions, designed to enhance your kayaking performance through a balanced and progressive approach.

Weekly Structure:

• Monday: Gym + Flat Water Conditioning
• Tuesday: Technique on White Water
• Wednesday: Gym + Quarter-Length White Water
• Thursday: Half-Length White Water + Run
• Friday: Gym + Speed on White Water
• Saturday: Full-Length Race Simulations
• Sunday: Rest

Warm-Ups: Dynamic stretches, mobility exercises, and light cardio to prepare your body.

Cool Downs: Easy paddling, static stretching, and foam rolling to aid recovery.
