    • Is Ripletic Pro for coaches or individuals?
      Both - we like to think of it as a consumer app with coaching capabilities... and that is how it should be! It means that you don't have to use different training apps every few months apps and lose access to all your data, and it means your coach doesn't have to use another app to do their own workouts. It's a win-win!
    • Do you have a free trial?

    • Is a monthly subscription available?

    • Do you connect with wearables?
      We are currently connecting Apple Health, we will then connect to wearables. We know how important this is for creating a pro-level training experience so it 100% on our roadmap.
    • If I pay for the yearly option, how many seats and clients do I get? Can I add more than the limit provided?
      Clients can use Ripletic for free. You will be able to send them personalised programs, as well as review their results. This is a great option relative to other coaching platforms that charge you more when you earn more!
    • What are the expert-built training programs?
      There are 10 expert-designed training programs on the app: Iron Titan, Muscle Morph, Soviet Squat, Deadlift Drive, ClimbStrong, Speed Demon, FitForce, ArmSculpt, Ultimate Recovery, Ultimate Flexibility. Each program ranges from 6-16 weeks in length, each having a distinct purpose in enhancing your athleticism. Iron Titan and Muscle Morph are our primary training programs, whilst the others are secondary programs, meaning you can add them to a primary training regimen to boost your fitness level in that particular area. Athletes can follow this as a primary fitness plan, whilst coaches can adapt these programming templates for their own clients, speeding up the program creation process. The ability to auto-calculate weight in the program means it can be personalised for your clients in a split second.
    • What are the workout templates?
      Ripletic's pre-built workout templates cover a range of different exercise categories, including: hypertrophy, stretch, warm-up, stretching, cardio, HIIT, running, CrossFit WODs, and recovery. You can add these templates into your programs in the phase section to save time and speed-up the program creation process. It can also act as an "inspiration" bank if you're ever lost for some tough yet invigorating workouts. Less time building, more time coaching!
